Privacy Policy

Resonance AI Technology, LLC (“Res,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Res platform at tryres.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding that information. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Master Usage Agreement. Questions? Email admin@tryres.ai.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and any other details you provide (such as your company name or role). If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile information.

Billing information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing details through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Content and CMS credentials

To provide the Res service, we connect to your content management system (such as WordPress, Webflow, Framer, GitHub, Contentful, Notion, or Sanity). We store the credentials or API tokens you provide for these integrations. We read, process, and write content on your behalf based on the instructions you give through the Res interface.

Usage data

We collect information about how you use Res, including feature usage, session metadata, and interaction logs. This helps us improve the product and provide support.

Technical data

We collect device and browser information, IP address, and cookie data for authentication, session management, and basic analytics. We use both session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Brand Intelligence data

Certain features collect publicly available content that third parties have published about brands, products, and categories, from public sources such as Reddit, YouTube, and G2, together with a link to the original source. We use this to provide brand and market intelligence. To the extent this content includes personal data, such as the identity of the author of a public post, we process it only to provide these features and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Res platform.
  • To authenticate and secure your account.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails. We will still send essential account and service messages.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following situations.
